Leo Pareja entered real estate at just 19 years of age and by 28 he was the #1 Keller Williams Agent in the world. Pareja sold close to 4,000 homes representing around 750 million in transactional volume. In parallel to selling real estate, in 2012 he co-founded and continues to co-own Washington Capital Partners, one of the largest private lending companies in the mid-Atlantic region. Pareja is the 2017 President of NAHREP and has a board seat at NAR (National Association of Realtors®.)
Jonathan Spinetto has been a licensed agent since 2002. He has completed over 3,000 single family residential transactions across the country utilizing his own custom-built technology systems. Early in his career, Spinetto realized the power of technology to help his business grow leading to the co-founding of Remine in 2016. As both a practitioner and technologist, Spinetto has been speaking internationally on the topic of Big Data in real estate providing a unique insight into the trends of the industry.
Mark Schacknies has completed over $1 billion in real estate transactions, including the acquisition, construction, and sales of over 1,000 properties as a principal. He has held senior positions in private equity, real estate development and technology companies. Schacknies is a serial entrepreneur, venture advisor and board member of several startups.
Andrew Sheh has a background in architecting and developing data analytics platforms and software to align data analysis techniques and data science principles to real-world business challenges. Sheh was the Technical Director of Innovation and Products at CEB. In his role as the Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Palantir, Sheh was responsible for technical oversight and delivery. Sheh brings an extensive background in developing and executing small and large-scale platforms to Remine.
Jon Ferris, Director of Sales at Remine, is a seasoned real estate professional with experience in the industry. Within general brokerage, home building, land development and private lending, Ferris has completed over 400 transactions for greater than $250m.
As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Remine, Ariana Pareja is responsible for finding quality sales people with a proven track record of success in the Real Estate and software Industry. Pareja specializes in building successful teams that effectively generate business and, in turn, produce many satisfied clients. Pareja has over 10 years of experience, including management of The Leo Pareja Team, which under her leadership in 2016 had sales growth from 78 million to 125 million before it was sold to Compass Real Estate in 2017.
Marjon Bredewold, Director of Project Management, has a passion for getting things done. She has 20 years of experience working in Information Technology, managing medium to large projects. The last 7 years she has been working in the real estate industry and successfully completed 100+ MLS conversion projects.
